IALN has compiled links and resources, both national and Idaho-based, to share information and tools to help nurses and organizations achieve improvements in patient care.

We emphasized examples of evidence based care and best practices. A best practice is a technique or methodology that through experience and research has proven to reliably lead to a desired result. A commitment to using best practices in nursing is a commitment to using all the knowledge and technology at one's disposal to ensure success.
